On April 19th, Samantha Noriega made her very first appearance as the Kiwi Station with the Super Friends Autism Walk hosted by SistasMD and Chasey's Journey Foundation. There were so many super heroes that joined the walk in San Bernardino Community College. Samantha is a 6 year old Autistic child who is currently following the same Artistic footsteps as mom, Stephytoons creator of Filo DaCat. Filo DaCat presented the Kiwi Station to raise Autism Awareness and with a little patience, little superheroes like Samantha Can be anything they want to be!
"So many supporters came to the Kiwi Station vendoring booth, purchasing small crafts, diy jewelry, and giving homes to little plushie friends, followed by our Filo Campaign. When our little Samantha learned that she almost sold out of her little favorite pets (cats) with customed designed beaded collars... She said "I can't believe it, I'm so excited for my friends to read all my love in the lucky charms!" The Filo Campaign first originated in 2012, designed to help little artists like Samantha to follow dreams. Slowly, the campaign continued to build into pet shelter support, raising awareness in Autism, and Neurodiversity"
It was such a beautiful event to see all the awesome little and big superheroes walking around the campus and receiving their walk of fame metals. It is truly amazing how much family and friends gathered for this event. Thanks to the Super Friends walk, Chasey's Journey Foundation and SistasMD people united, and it is amazing people like Ronecia Miller (SistasMD) and Cat (Chasey's Journey Foundation) that little superheroes like Samantha believe that a true super hero is You.
